He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7733IMG_7774IMG_7667IMG_7695Barney & Debbie61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_n60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nIMG_7801img_9536www.moonshiners.comIMG_7736-1img_9433IMG_7762One of Barney's Tree SpiritsRoger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7790IMG_7730img_9473img_9475Tracy Wyatt of South85We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9474Mike Bader of South85smallmushroomlampIMG_7787BarneyIMG_7672Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.liquorstillcarvingimg_9479img_9496IMG_7703IMG_7750
