He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9422Barney BarnwellGroundhog61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nRoger Padgett of Evergreen57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nIMG_777858638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nIMG_7763tennesseeroomimg_9417IMG_7767img_9508IMG_776259214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_n62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nIMG_7732IMG_7668IMG_7758We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_n61320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_n
