He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7695img_942161320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9455One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_780159069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nimg_942263337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nbarrelltennroomtexasbedIMG_7787Barney BarnwellIMG_7738The Plum Hollow BandIMG_7753IMG_7794img_9431Lodging_RVEntrance_WebIMG_7798img_9436liquorstillcarvingIMG_7757img_944761686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_n61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_n59868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_ntexasroomBarney BarnwellBarneyIMG_7763img_9462img_0324img_9432img_0325IMG_7760Owl61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9500One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7730img_9463img_9440IMG_7804img_9534smallmushroomlampSouth85IMG_7800img_9474IMG_7790IMG_7788Barney BarnwellIMG_7734-1tennesseeroombunkbeds2img_9450img_9499new-busBarneyimg_9460IMG_7706floridaroombedBarneyBarney BarnwellBarney59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nLodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7720-1Mike Bader of South85IMG_7779www.moonshiners.comimg_9473IMG_7674Barneyimg_9480img_9495img_948461274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nIMG_7709img_9456IMG_7767floridaroomcouchimg_944159215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nbunkbedsimg_9451IMG_7736-1Tracy Wyatt of South85IMG_766458746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_n60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nIMG_7669Mammer's TablemasonjarcarvingIMG_771559086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_n61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nimg_9449We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7701Roger Padgett of Evergreen61655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nimg_9448IMG_7704Barney & GeorgeIMG_7766img_9478img_9489IMG_779361356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nBarney & GeorgeIMG_7761Christy & JaredBarney & Debbieimg_9420floridaroom62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nIMG_7714
