He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7757img_9460Barney62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nIMG_7804IMG_767059346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nIMG_7779IMG_7695IMG_779161379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nBarneyimg_9497img_9437IMG_7751img_9480img_9441img_9577Lodging_RVEntrance_Webimg_9456IMG_7668Barneyimg_9417img_9451One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9436Barney Barnwellimg_9422img_9464floridaroombedIMG_7703IMG_7750img_9463img_9473img_9447www.moonshiners.comIMG_7778Barney & GeorgeOwlimg_950059318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nimg_9421img_9534masonjarcarvingimg_9499IMG_7709Roger Padgett of EvergreenOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7701IMG_7753IMG_7665smallmushroomlampIMG_7787IMG_7760img_9424GroundhogIMG_7788img_9445l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1IMG_773262910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_n58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nRoger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9443IMG_7767IMG_7700IMG_770661655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nIMG_771558638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nIMG_7704IMG_7730Barney BarnwellIMG_7736-1IMG_7756img_0326IMG_7798Mammer's Tableimg_9536Barney Barnwellimg_9419img_9484IMG_766459086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nIMG_7774img_946262759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nimg_9474www.moonshiners.comimg_946158746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9481IMG_7797Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.band-at-reneesIMG_7790We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_766759214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nband-at-bus-reneesimg_0325IMG_771461081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_n61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nbunkbedsBarneyOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9432img_944461274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_n
