We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7704Barneyimg_9495IMG_7800IMG_7760IMG_7709img_9449IMG_7722-1img_9452IMG_773461686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nimg_9455IMG_7673img_9423img_9441Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebIMG_7751IMG_7766img_9448img_9432IMG_7795IMG_7738Roger Padgett of EvergreenBlack Snake59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_948061155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nband-at-reneesband-at-bus-reneesimg_9462img_9491IMG_775361830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nIMG_7763IMG_7737IMG_7720-1IMG_773361081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nfloridaroombedOwl58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nimg_9444Barney61320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_773261274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nimg_9496img_9478img_9465img_947558746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9577IMG_7757masonjarcarvingIMG_7664texasroombeerimg_947958638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9424IMG_769461655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_n61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nBarney & GeorgeOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9508Barney BarnwellBarneybarrelltennroomimg_9466Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboard59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_n62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nimg_948161835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_ntexasbedIMG_7688IMG_7672img_9421img_9556texasroomimg_9561IMG_7714img_9467liquorstillcarvingBarney BarnwellIMG_7668img_9474img_9489IMG_7670img_9473The Plum Hollow BandThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!BarneyIMG_7665img_9436IMG_7762img_9450img_9417Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7787Tracy Wyatt of South85IMG_7801img_9477img_9500IMG_7756img_9418img_946163337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nIMG_7797
