We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9475IMG_7736-159941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nimg_9419floridaroombedimg_9417IMG_7669IMG_7704Barney & Debbieimg_9491IMG_779358511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nBarneyBarneyBarney Barnwellimg_9476IMG_7700Roger Padgett of EvergreenOwlLodging_CampingBigField_Webimg_9424IMG_7761floridaroomcouchIMG_7738texasroom58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nLodging_RVEntrance_WebIMG_7665img_944161983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nBarney & George57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nBarney BarnwellIMG_7717img_9477IMG_7714img_9423Christy & Jaredimg_9451IMG_7668Barneyimg_946759214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nimg_9452www.moonshiners.comThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7686IMG_7757IMG_7694img_9556Barney & GeorgeGroundhogOne of Barney's Tree Spirits59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nimg_9432
