He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Lodging_CampingBigField_WebtexasroomBlack SnakeBarney61830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nChristy & Jaredfloridaroomimg_9441IMG_7670Barney Barnwellimg_9422IMG_7753One of Barney's Tree Spirits61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nIMG_7734-1IMG_7801img_9497img_9536IMG_769059941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nliquorstillcarvingimg_9476img_9491BarneyBarney BarnwellMammer's Tableimg_9474IMG_7701Barney BarnwellBarneyBarneyIMG_7794IMG_7722-1IMG_7761img_945161081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nLodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebKathy Noonan of South85IMG_7709IMG_7762smallmushroomlampimg_9465img_9423img_9463IMG_7751texasbed58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_n61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nIMG_7705Groundhogimg_9435img_942461274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nIMG_7736-159868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nIMG_7683IMG_7756IMG_7757img_9467img_9455img_9464Tracy Wyatt of South85img_9534IMG_7760Barney Barnwellimg_9473img_943358511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_n58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_ntheplumhollowbandimg_941759215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7758img_947862569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nimg_9462img_9456img_9577South85img_9448barrelltennroomimg_9496img_032559069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nWe used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7774IMG_7706img_9484img_9495img_945257890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_n61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_ntennesseeroomIMG_7738IMG_7674img_9421IMG_7750img_9466IMG_7708img_9460bunkbedsBarney BarnwellIMG_7668The Plum Hollow BandIMG_7733IMG_7703img_9499img_9561One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7672img_9450IMG_779658746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9432IMG_7737IMG_7778IMG_7734img_948159346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_951661356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_n
