He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7673smallmushroomlampOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9516floridaroomlampBarney & GeorgeIMG_7793IMG_776157890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nimg_9420img_9450IMG_7797IMG_773358746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9424IMG_7683IMG_7800img_9461IMG_7686img_947759346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_9484IMG_770958638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_n58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nimg_9497img_9496One of Barney's Tree SpiritsOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7720-1IMG_7767img_0325Barney BarnwellIMG_770563337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_n61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_7706IMG_7798We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer.
