We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl! One of Barney's Tree SpiritsBarney & GeorgeBarney & George59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nIMG_7673IMG_7667Barney BarnwellBarneyIMG_7767IMG_7709img_9418img_9497South85Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboardimg_9462img_9466img_9432img_941961686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nBarney & Debbie61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nimg_9481Barneyimg_9447IMG_7717IMG_770562569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nIMG_7794IMG_7668img_9436IMG_7669Barney Barnwellimg_9437IMG_7801IMG_7787IMG_7706IMG_7790img_945159215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7762img_9463IMG_7715texasbedmasonjarcarvingIMG_7797img_9489img_9467IMG_7750tennesseeroomOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7800img_9461img_9449bunkbeds2IMG_779861320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nKathy Noonan of South85l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1img_9456img_947861655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_n60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_n59214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nMike Bader of South85www.moonshiners.comIMG_7734-161155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_n63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nLodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebChristy & Jaredimg_942261835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nimg_9534This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
