He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7796IMG_7730img_9461Barney Barnwellimg_947959086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nIMG_7757IMG_7779One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9448IMG_7686IMG_7703IMG_7732img_9516img_9466img_9441barrelltennroomBarney BarnwellIMG_7668Roger Padgett of EvergreenWe used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7753IMG_7736-1img_944462910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nimg_9460Barney BarnwellIMG_7715img_9500IMG_7795img_9496IMG_780461081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9480One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_770061835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_n
