We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl! This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9500IMG_779061356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_7801img_9432IMG_7720-161655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nimg_9451img_9447BarneyLodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7717img_9477IMG_7761IMG_7700Lodging_RVEntrance_Web61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nimg_9448texasbedimg_9491img_9452Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.Barney BarnwellIMG_7737IMG_7672One of Barney's Tree Spirits58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_n63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nBarney & Georgeimg_9440img_946561081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_n
