He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7664smallmushroomlampIMG_7703IMG_7763IMG_7732band-at-bus-renees61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_n58746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nWe used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. One of Barney's Tree Spirits We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl! 60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_n 61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_n img_9478 img_9497 IMG_7779 IMG_7793 IMG_7794
