We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7672One of Barney's Tree SpiritstexasroombeerIMG_7708IMG_7673img_9437IMG_7694IMG_7793img_9418IMG_7688IMG_7779Barney Barnwell61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nimg_9424img_9464IMG_7774IMG_7794img_9443PlumHollow Page 4 InsideBarney BarnwellIMG_7701Black Snakeimg_9444Barney BarnwellIMG_7733Barney Barnwell61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nLodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebKathy Noonan of South8561081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nIMG_7758IMG_7791img_9475IMG_7753Roger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9455new-busIMG_7670img_9423masonjarcarvingIMG_7683floridaroombedIMG_7668IMG_7787texasbedIMG_7667IMG_7690liquorstillcarvingBarneyfloridaroomIMG_7750img_9420IMG_7730IMG_7790img_9447img_9431IMG_780058442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nimg_0326One of Barney's Tree Spirits58746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nIMG_7720-161320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_n61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_n57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nimg_9436One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7705img_945261155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nRoger Padgett of EvergreenMushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboardimg_9508img_9448img_9435img_9561img_0325Barney BarnwellIMG_7704img_9466The Plum Hollow BandIMG_7706IMG_7801img_9534www.moonshiners.comimg_9456IMG_7762img_9449IMG_7732Owl59214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nimg_9421Tracy Wyatt of South85IMG_7664IMG_7717Barneyimg_9480img_9489IMG_7766IMG_770058511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nimg_9450Barney BarnwellThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Mammer's TableBarney & Georgebunkbeds2www.moonshiners.com
