He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.Barney BarnwellIMG_7796img_9499IMG_7766IMG_7762img_9462img_9491img_032561320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9460IMG_7732img_9475www.moonshiners.comIMG_7800Mike Bader of South85IMG_7683IMG_7705GroundhogChristy & JaredPlumHollow Page 4 Insideimg_9500img_944162569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_n59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_n60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nIMG_7694IMG_7686img_9449IMG_7790IMG_7760IMG_7778We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7672Black SnaketexasroomIMG_7737floridaroomlamp
