He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9516img_9489img_9491IMG_7674floridaroomlampIMG_7757IMG_7694img_9424One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7788IMG_7720-159069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nBarney BarnwellIMG_7762img_9497Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9448floridaroombedimg_9443IMG_7668img_0326img_9476img_9500img_9484img_9473One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7787IMG_7695Barney BarnwellWe used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7717IMG_7683IMG_7795IMG_7703img_9421IMG_773759346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_950861356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7791IMG_7761img_9467IMG_7715IMG_7664img_9463The Plum Hollow Bandimg_943162569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nIMG_7800IMG_779358442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nimg_9460img_9536img_9440img_9451img_9420img_9452IMG_7708www.moonshiners.com63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nimg_9436img_9447Christy & Jaredimg_0325IMG_7672img_9479IMG_7709Barney Barnwellimg_9474img_9456img_9437BarneyIMG_7732img_9496img_9422Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7760img_9478Lodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7753PlumHollow Page 4 Insideimg_9495theplumhollowbandIMG_7801IMG_7669IMG_7774IMG_7690BarneyBarneyIMG_7670img_9433img_9466img_955657890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nband-at-bus-reneesChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.IMG_7734-1liquorstillcarvingIMG_7667Barney & GeorgeIMG_7714IMG_770559214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nimg_9418img_945059318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7704tennesseeroomKathy Noonan of South85Barney & DebbieIMG_7750Barney59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nimg_9432IMG_7665BarneytexasroombeerBarney Barnwellimg_9499Tracy Wyatt of South85IMG_777858746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nbunkbedsimg_9445Owl58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_n58511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_n58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_ntexasroomIMG_7722-1Barney & GeorgeIMG_7779
