We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Barney BarnwellIMG_7790Barney BarnwellIMG_770861686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nIMG_7700img_9561IMG_7758IMG_780159215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_776662910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7717img_9432IMG_7706IMG_7669img_9476band-at-bus-reneesliquorstillcarvingimg_9473IMG_7762img_9500One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7791IMG_773261356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_n61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7720-159346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nIMG_7788img_9456Black SnakeIMG_7756Mammer's Table61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9489theplumhollowbandIMG_7715Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboardimg_9474IMG_7757IMG_7751IMG_7667IMG_7714IMG_780062759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nimg_9475Christy & JaredThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
