We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9455IMG_780161800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nIMG_7664South85img_9421IMG_7683IMG_7734-1IMG_770459868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nBarneyGroundhogBarneyIMG_778859941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nimg_9435liquorstillcarvingimg_9479img_942259318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7733img_9433IMG_766859069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nimg_9417IMG_7690Barney & GeorgeIMG_7800IMG_7665img_9465IMG_7798IMG_7708img_9431IMG_7750Barney BarnwellBarney BarnwellIMG_7674IMG_7670IMG_7794new-busimg_9450img_9499IMG_7694IMG_7757IMG_7790One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9463Owlimg_9424Roger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9456IMG_7722-161274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nBarney Barnwell62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nimg_9418img_032659214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_n61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nIMG_7717img_9437img_9556IMG_7778Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9489IMG_7796IMG_7756img_9447smallmushroomlamptexasbedIMG_7709IMG_7793Barneyimg_9495band-at-reneesimg_9534img_9577IMG_7730IMG_7797One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7706img_9419floridaroomlamp59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nwww.moonshiners.comimg_9475texasroom61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nIMG_7787img_9444img_948458746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nIMG_7753Black SnakeIMG_7795Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardIMG_7673IMG_770058581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nimg_0324img_945261983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_ntexasroombeerimg_9464theplumhollowband59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9476img_9449IMG_7672IMG_7774IMG_7714
