He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7761img_9432IMG_7757IMG_766958511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nimg_9465We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_770661830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nBarneyIMG_7787IMG_7690img_0325Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.img_9420IMG_780461800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9421IMG_7672img_943561274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nimg_9476img_9423www.moonshiners.comimg_9450IMG_7778IMG_7779Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebIMG_7674floridaroomIMG_7701img_9463Barney Barnwell61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nBarneyimg_9484img_9479img_9445IMG_7695IMG_7736-1www.moonshiners.comimg_9437Barney63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nfloridaroomcouchIMG_7665IMG_7717IMG_7800IMG_7730IMG_7664img_9500img_0324IMG_7688Barneyimg_946162910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_n58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nIMG_7714img_9467Barney Barnwellimg_9462IMG_7750tennesseeroom62759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nIMG_7763IMG_7762Tracy Wyatt of South85img_0326img_9455img_9419One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9481floridaroomlampIMG_775361686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_n61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9556Groundhogimg_941860363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nnew-busimg_944858638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nRoger Padgett of Evergreen59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nmasonjarcarvingIMG_7673band-at-renees59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7751BarneyIMG_7774texasroombeer61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7705img_9452IMG_7720-1floridaroombedIMG_7734-158746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nl_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1
