We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7757img_943657890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nBarney BarnwellIMG_7714img_944461155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nBarneyfloridaroomIMG_775658511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nIMG_7695img_9556img_9534IMG_7800IMG_775359318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9464Tracy Wyatt of South8561274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_n61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nIMG_7706img_9422IMG_7722-1IMG_7795BarneyIMG_7750This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
