We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7801Tracy Wyatt of South85IMG_7795img_9508IMG_7717img_9418IMG_7669IMG_7800img_9419Barney Barnwellimg_9479One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7760IMG_7767IMG_7790Groundhogimg_9444IMG_767458638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9500South85img_9456img_9463img_9489Christy & Jaredimg_9536img_9448img_9478IMG_7793img_946759318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nimg_9461IMG_7753Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_770859086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nliquorstillcarvingOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9455Barneyimg_9440img_9484img_9452Barneyimg_9464band-at-bus-reneesBarney BarnwellBlack SnakeThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
