He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7706img_942361835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nIMG_7694BarneyIMG_7695Barney & GeorgeIMG_7732band-at-bus-renees60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nimg_9479Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7758img_9556IMG_7798IMG_7796IMG_7734-1South8557890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nBarney BarnwellIMG_777861655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nimg_9476img_9449IMG_7705IMG_7717Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebIMG_7674img_9473floridaroomlampimg_9463IMG_7795img_9431img_9445img_953459215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_ntheplumhollowbandimg_9435BarneyIMG_770958511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nIMG_7700IMG_773061800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nimg_946061379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_ntexasbedIMG_7737img_946461983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nimg_9489img_9420img_9477BarneyThe Plum Hollow BandIMG_7750smallmushroomlampimg_9508img_9481img_951661274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nimg_9465tennesseeroomBarney BarnwellBarney BarnwellIMG_7779Mike Bader of South85Tracy Wyatt of South85img_0326One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9480IMG_7797Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardBlack Snakeimg_9466IMG_7736-1img_953661686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_n61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7667Barney & DebbieIMG_768661830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nOne of Barney's Tree Spirits59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nimg_9478Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.IMG_7668IMG_7801IMG_7793www.moonshiners.com63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_n
