We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7673img_9433IMG_775762910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7804www.moonshiners.comimg_9452img_943562759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nThe Plum Hollow Bandimg_9418img_9499IMG_7736-1IMG_7715IMG_7672img_941759215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nimg_9556One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7751IMG_7683img_9577IMG_7793IMG_7667IMG_7788IMG_7690img_9456IMG_7758IMG_7706img_9497IMG_7674img_9481Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.img_9536img_9431Roger Padgett of Evergreen62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nBarney Barnwellimg_9479img_9451IMG_7695Lodging_CampingBigField_WebLodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9463img_9443IMG_7733IMG_7756img_950061655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nimg_944861983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nIMG_7714l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1BarneyBarneyIMG_7753BarneyIMG_7737IMG_7794Kathy Noonan of South85One of Barney's Tree Spirits61830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_n58746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_944461274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nIMG_7705One of Barney's Tree Spirits61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nbarrelltennroomIMG_7766texasbedliquorstillcarvingimg_9449img_9561Barneyband-at-bus-reneesIMG_7708IMG_7732IMG_7800This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
