He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7756Barney Barnwellimg_953661686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nIMG_7730IMG_7705IMG_7667Black Snake61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nBarneyBarney57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nimg_9452img_942258746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_946062759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_n61320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9476IMG_7762Barney Barnwell59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nIMG_7720-1Groundhog58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nBarney Barnwellimg_9556Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9561IMG_7703img_9448img_9516img_9464img_9456Barneybunkbeds2img_943358638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9534Barney & GeorgeBarneyl_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1IMG_7778img_0326IMG_7668Barneyimg_9424img_9467Mammer's Table59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_n60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_n61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nsmallmushroomlampIMG_7695img_9445Barneyimg_9432Barney & GeorgeIMG_7801img_9443IMG_7763img_9489IMG_7767img_9497IMG_7683img_9444IMG_7709Lodging_RVEntrance_WebtheplumhollowbandIMG_7796masonjarcarvingMushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardIMG_7757We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7800IMG_7715img_9465img_9508band-at-reneesIMG_7704Barney Barnwellimg_9451img_0325barrelltennroomimg_9495img_9481IMG_7734-1IMG_770059318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nimg_0324
