We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nimg_9465IMG_7734-1Barney Barnwellimg_9456Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardIMG_7737IMG_780461320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_768361379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nBarney Barnwellimg_9450BarneyIMG_7757IMG_7738img_9452img_9440img_944961356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nliquorstillcarvingIMG_7800img_9491img_9561IMG_770661081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nbarrelltennroomBarney Barnwellwww.moonshiners.comThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7708img_9489img_9445img_9419IMG_7701img_9422img_946162569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_ntennesseeroomIMG_7750img_946258442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_n
