We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nimg_9433img_9440IMG_7703img_9495Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7737IMG_7669Mammer's TableIMG_7674IMG_7665img_9497Barney BarnwellfloridaroomIMG_7664img_9448texasroombeerIMG_7767img_943261655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nBarney & GeorgeIMG_771458442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nbarrelltennroomThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7717IMG_7736-1Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nIMG_7709IMG_7705
