He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7708img_9437IMG_7767tennesseeroomIMG_7751IMG_7669One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7779img_9431IMG_7757IMG_770562910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7801Black Snakeimg_9452img_9422l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-158442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nIMG_7714img_0326img_9433band-at-bus-reneesimg_9418IMG_7694South85Mike Bader of South85The Plum Hollow Bandimg_9508IMG_7774IMG_7715IMG_7703Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.theplumhollowbandimg_9424img_9432img_9419img_9448img_9466IMG_7791img_9536Barney & Debbieimg_949561155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7665floridaroomlampIMG_7704One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9461bunkbeds2img_9474Barneywww.moonshiners.comOwlband-at-reneesIMG_7673img_9489Tracy Wyatt of South85IMG_7730Barneyimg_9417IMG_7761img_9464img_9481IMG_7790Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_769061379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nIMG_7667IMG_766859215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_n59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nimg_9465img_944058638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9467IMG_7798IMG_7709floridaroomcouchIMG_7722-1Barney BarnwellLodging_RVEntrance_WebIMG_7672img_9436img_9423img_9497IMG_7760IMG_770063337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nimg_9443Barney Barnwellimg_9476img_0324IMG_7796liquorstillcarvingIMG_7717img_9534Barneyimg_9435Lodging_CampingBigField_Webimg_9421IMG_7788IMG_7695img_9516IMG_7701IMG_7763Barney Barnwellimg_9463Kathy Noonan of South85img_9491IMG_7688IMG_7734-1www.moonshiners.comimg_944462759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nIMG_7736-1img_950059069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nChristy & Jaredtexasroombeerimg_9462We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9473IMG_775061081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_n
