He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!62759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.img_9536IMG_7674IMG_778759941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nTracy Wyatt of South85IMG_7738Kathy Noonan of South85IMG_7704IMG_7801img_9448new-bus61830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nIMG_7717www.moonshiners.comIMG_7797img_9419IMG_7734img_9431IMG_7720-1img_9450masonjarcarvingLodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7794smallmushroomlampBarneyIMG_7686IMG_7767img_9449img_9456IMG_7737Barney & GeorgeIMG_775358442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_n58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9435img_0326img_943261983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_779061320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_n59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nIMG_766561081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9478Black SnakeIMG_7779IMG_7733img_9433floridaroomcouchimg_9477IMG_7760IMG_7673BarneyIMG_7694Barney BarnwellLodging_RVEntrance_WebIMG_7766IMG_7750IMG_7668img_9424texasroomimg_9466IMG_7734-1img_9420img_9464IMG_7757Barney61655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nliquorstillcarvingBarney & DebbieIMG_7788IMG_7670IMG_7700IMG_7791The Plum Hollow Bandimg_9534floridaroombedIMG_7703img_9556floridaroomimg_9496img_9508IMG_7778We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_776359346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nBarney BarnwellIMG_773061686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_n
