He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7750BarneyKathy Noonan of South85Mike Bader of South85masonjarcarvingIMG_7801l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1img_943561356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nBarney Barnwellfloridaroomlampimg_9489img_9432Lodging_CampingBigField_Web61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9484IMG_768362910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nimg_9461img_9452IMG_7688IMG_770661835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nimg_9467IMG_7732One of Barney's Tree SpiritsPlumHollow Page 4 Insideimg_9476floridaroombedTracy Wyatt of South85liquorstillcarvingIMG_7669IMG_7695Barney BarnwellThe Plum Hollow BandIMG_766558511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_n58746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nIMG_7762img_9420band-at-bus-reneesIMG_7796theplumhollowbandChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nband-at-reneesimg_943759868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nwww.moonshiners.comIMG_7779img_9556img_9450One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9462IMG_776359318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nimg_9419img_9451IMG_7736-1img_9473IMG_770359069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nsmallmushroomlampimg_942461320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9460IMG_7734Barney Barnwell57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_n61274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nIMG_779561655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nIMG_7667IMG_779059215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7788Mammer's Table59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_9455We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_0325img_9463IMG_780462569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nIMG_771559086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nIMG_7756img_9495img_9475new-busIMG_780058638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_n
