We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9473img_9449IMG_7717img_9421IMG_779758746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9432IMG_7720-157890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nIMG_7766img_9489Barney BarnwellIMG_7673IMG_7763liquorstillcarvingIMG_7738img_0325IMG_7795IMG_7674img_9466new-busmasonjarcarvingIMG_7790img_9423img_9484IMG_7715img_9419img_9424img_9496img_9435img_949961356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nChristy & Jaredimg_9433img_947759214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nIMG_7757Black SnakeIMG_7788IMG_7753img_9495img_9475IMG_7714img_9420Roger Padgett of Evergreen58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nIMG_7706Barney & Georgeimg_945661274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nBarney Barnwellimg_032662569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_n58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9476img_9444theplumhollowbandimg_9556IMG_7793One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_950061320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_7694IMG_770058442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nLodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsBarneytexasroombeer61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9474IMG_7736-1IMG_7801img_9467img_9460img_9508img_9479img_9491img_9447barrelltennroomIMG_7705img_9455Lodging_RVEntrance_WebIMG_7791Barney BarnwellIMG_7751img_943759318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_n63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nfloridaroomimg_9462GroundhogIMG_7734-1IMG_7796IMG_779862759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nband-at-reneesIMG_7665img_9577IMG_7708IMG_7690texasroomimg_9440img_9516img_9478IMG_7794Lodging_CampingBigField_WebBarneyThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Barneyimg_9465BarneyThe Plum Hollow BandIMG_7683Barney Barnwellimg_0324IMG_7800IMG_7758One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9448South85IMG_7774img_9451IMG_767261081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_n59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_n
