We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7763IMG_7737img_9474Barney Barnwellimg_9420img_9455The Plum Hollow BandOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9462img_9422IMG_7798img_9421Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboardwww.moonshiners.comOwlwww.moonshiners.comimg_947359215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_n61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nIMG_7665Barney Barnwellimg_9495IMG_769062759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nMike Bader of South85IMG_7738IMG_7688This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9460img_9479img_9424IMG_7694IMG_7674IMG_779761983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nIMG_7695
