He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Barney BarnwellIMG_7717IMG_776058442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_n61274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_n62759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nBarneyl_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1PlumHollow Page 4 InsideIMG_7686Barney BarnwellBarney BarnwellBlack SnakeIMG_7690IMG_7758Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardLodging_PrimitiveCamping_Web61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9456img_9466img_9464band-at-bus-renees59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7793img_9424BarneyIMG_7761IMG_7668IMG_7762IMG_7801img_9433IMG_7714img_9437img_9496img_9577img_9432img_9516IMG_7700IMG_7794IMG_7779texasroomimg_9436texasroombeerimg_9455img_9417IMG_7704img_9447Lodging_CampingBigField_WebmasonjarcarvingIMG_7795IMG_766758746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nIMG_7767We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7709Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.img_9441IMG_7683IMG_7722-1IMG_7734-1IMG_7695img_9461band-at-renees57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_n59868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_775061320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_n59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_n63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nimg_9449floridaroombedsmallmushroomlampIMG_7753IMG_7738bunkbeds261686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nimg_9475img_9473img_9561Roger Padgett of EvergreenBarneyIMG_7670img_9460img_944361379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_n
