We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7674Barney & George59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nIMG_7673barrelltennroomLodging_RVEntrance_Web59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7668IMG_780458581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nimg_9497Mike Bader of South8561356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_7738img_9480img_9455Barney Barnwell61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nOne of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9463IMG_7761img_946158442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_n61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nimg_9421img_9489IMG_7763img_9452img_9417IMG_7794One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7667IMG_7683img_953461320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9476img_947361983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nSouth8559215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7774IMG_7734-1One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7798IMG_7779IMG_7800Barney BarnwellIMG_7720-1IMG_7672IMG_7757IMG_7705IMG_7695floridaroomcouchimg_9449IMG_7700www.moonshiners.comIMG_7722-1img_9516IMG_7737Lodging_CampingBigField_WebmasonjarcarvingIMG_7690GroundhogMammer's TableBarney BarnwellMushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboardimg_9475Barney Barnwell57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nimg_032459868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nIMG_7758IMG_7736-1img_9431IMG_7756Christy & JaredIMG_7669img_9440liquorstillcarvingIMG_7766IMG_7694Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_776258511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nBarneyBarney & George59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nIMG_7730IMG_7751This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
