We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9499img_032562910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_ntheplumhollowbandIMG_7717img_9480IMG_7708img_946761379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9436tennesseeroomIMG_7795IMG_7701Mammer's Tableimg_9432BarneyIMG_7734IMG_7763Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7757IMG_7668img_9478img_9441IMG_771463337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nPlumHollow Page 4 Inside59214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nIMG_7669South85img_9479img_9476liquorstillcarving62759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nOne of Barney's Tree Spirits57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nimg_949659346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7704img_9461img_9481OwlKathy Noonan of South85Barney BarnwellThe Plum Hollow Bandimg_9491IMG_7720-1IMG_778761983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nimg_9473IMG_7709IMG_7804Lodging_CampingBigField_Webimg_942458511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nBarney BarnwellIMG_777959318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7767www.moonshiners.comIMG_7667IMG_7673img_9417img_9419Groundhog59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_n61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nimg_9449IMG_779061320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_7732IMG_7766BarneyIMG_7674IMG_7722-1img_9420Barney Barnwellimg_9497img_9484img_9464Barney Barnwellimg_9500band-at-reneesIMG_7664IMG_7734-1Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebIMG_7694img_9443bunkbeds2This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7700
