He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nimg_9455Barney Barnwellimg_9497IMG_7715img_944559318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nbunkbeds2IMG_7732Roger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9478img_9467img_9460Owl59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nIMG_7750IMG_7722-1img_9443IMG_7683IMG_7766IMG_7791Mammer's Tableimg_9462IMG_7737Barney & Georgeimg_9417IMG_780161081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nimg_9473masonjarcarvingimg_9466IMG_7738IMG_7673IMG_7798Christy & Jaredimg_9440img_9449IMG_7763IMG_7761IMG_7701IMG_7800IMG_7674img_9556South8557890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_n59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nimg_9479We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer.
