  • We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9463IMG_7779IMG_7715IMG_7700texasbedBarneyfloridaroombedThe Plum Hollow Band62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nimg_9417img_946761835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nimg_948158746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9436img_9452IMG_7758IMG_7757img_9420Barney Barnwellmasonjarcarvingimg_9534img_9462www.moonshiners.comChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.IMG_770961356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_7761Barney Barnwell61830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nIMG_7790img_9480IMG_7791IMG_7760Barney & GeorgeIMG_7796Barney Barnwellimg_9499img_946161274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nimg_9491PlumHollow Page 4 Insideimg_9475Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9474Owl61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nimg_9479img_947758442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nimg_9451Barney Barnwelltexasroomimg_941959086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7797Barneyimg_9447Barney Barnwellimg_9496IMG_7738band-at-bus-reneesimg_9473IMG_7794IMG_777859868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_n57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nIMG_7720-159346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_n60363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_ntennesseeroomimg_9441IMG_7664IMG_776261320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_7795img_9556floridaroomcouchIMG_7793img_947658581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nIMG_7669theplumhollowbandIMG_7665img_9489IMG_7787www.moonshiners.com58511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nBarney & DebbieIMG_7750IMG_767461081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7690Mammer's TableIMG_7686Barney BarnwellKathy Noonan of South85Lodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7751IMG_7766IMG_7705Tracy Wyatt of South85BarneyBarneySouth85Mike Bader of South85IMG_7756IMG_7800Christy & Jaredimg_9435IMG_7708band-at-reneesIMG_7788IMG_7722-1smallmushroomlampimg_9424img_9561IMG_7732barrelltennroom61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nimg_9448img_9444img_943261655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nbunkbeds2img_9445IMG_7673img_945661379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9460img_9516IMG_7804img_9577img_9422floridaroomlampimg_9508img_0325One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9431bunkbedsRoger Padgett of Evergreen58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_946559941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nIMG_7798IMG_7730IMG_7668Barneyimg_9423IMG_7774img_0326img_941862910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7734IMG_7734-1Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7736-1img_9443Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at Headboard63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nimg_9536Barney BarnwellIMG_7701img_9464GroundhogBarneyIMG_7717img_9495img_9455IMG_7714img_9421IMG_7703img_0324new-busIMG_7763Black SnakeLodging_RVEntrance_Webimg_9500IMG_767259215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nl_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1img_9433IMG_7688IMG_7670img_9437IMG_780161983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nIMG_7737IMG_769559214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nIMG_769459069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7733IMG_7683img_9484img_9449BarneyIMG_7753Barney & George59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nfloridaroomIMG_7767IMG_7667IMG_770462759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_n61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nimg_9478texasroombeerimg_9440IMG_7706liquorstillcarvingimg_9497This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9466img_9450
