He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7751IMG_7732img_9432smallmushroomlampLodging_PrimitiveCamping_Web59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nimg_9435floridaroom61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_n61830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nimg_9478IMG_7779img_9464IMG_7700Mike Bader of South85img_9496img_9475Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.IMG_7714img_9421img_9461www.moonshiners.comIMG_7673img_9473img_9424IMG_7667img_9443l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1One of Barney's Tree SpiritsliquorstillcarvingIMG_7686floridaroombedIMG_7733img_946661356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nBarneyIMG_7801IMG_7695IMG_7797img_9419Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardIMG_7757IMG_7756Barney & Georgeimg_9536Barneyimg_0324IMG_7668img_9516img_9481Lodging_RVEntrance_WebIMG_7787IMG_7788img_9462IMG_7766IMG_7709IMG_7715IMG_767259214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nimg_9534img_9449IMG_7791IMG_7669IMG_7683img_9433Barney BarnwellKathy Noonan of South85new-busimg_946061800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nBarneyIMG_771762910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7734-1One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9489IMG_7704Barney BarnwellIMG_776061655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_n61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nimg_9499img_9561IMG_7665img_944759346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nfloridaroomcouch58511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nPlumHollow Page 4 InsideIMG_7736-1We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7763IMG_7701img_9455
