  • img_9437We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9484img_9423floridaroomlampimg_945161800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nimg_9444IMG_7722-1img_0325IMG_7798IMG_7787IMG_7717img_9516BarneyIMG_7694IMG_7793img_9456IMG_7665Barney BarnwellBarney & Georgeimg_9460img_9475IMG_7751img_9433img_9455BarneyGroundhogLodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebIMG_7695img_9561img_950861983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_n59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nimg_9441Tracy Wyatt of South85img_9421Mammer's TableBarney & DebbieIMG_7664One of Barney's Tree SpiritsRoger Padgett of Evergreenimg_950061379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9577img_9478One of Barney's Tree Spirits58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_n61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nRoger Padgett of Evergreenimg_946159346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nIMG_7804IMG_7796IMG_7800IMG_7761Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.img_9536Lodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7788texasbedimg_9499IMG_7756img_9496bunkbeds58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nLodging_RVEntrance_Web59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nimg_9466l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-161835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nIMG_7690IMG_7766Barney & GeorgeIMG_7701IMG_7763IMG_7738img_032662759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_n62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nimg_9445IMG_7734-161356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_7753img_9477IMG_7734IMG_7688img_9420img_9491IMG_7790band-at-bus-reneesimg_9436IMG_7686img_949759868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nIMG_7668IMG_7757IMG_7758IMG_7669IMG_7706This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
