We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7751Barney58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_947558511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_n59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nIMG_7715IMG_7756img_9466img_9508IMG_7795img_9556BarneyIMG_773461835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nIMG_7714bunkbeds2img_946061081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nIMG_779361379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7804IMG_7688IMG_7779img_9420IMG_7788img_9447Roger Padgett of Evergreen61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_7667IMG_7720-1img_9467Barney Barnwellfloridaroombedtheplumhollowband61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_776359346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nl_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1img_9455BarneyIMG_7753IMG_7750texasbedBarney Barnwellimg_9443img_9445IMG_768362569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_n59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nIMG_7767BarneyOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_780062759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nimg_9452IMG_7738img_9473IMG_7664Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsChristy & Jaredimg_944157890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nimg_9496img_032458581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nBarneyIMG_7722-1img_9437IMG_7708band-at-bus-reneesIMG_775759215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nLodging_CampingBigField_WebIMG_7732img_9423IMG_7668new-bustexasroomimg_9476band-at-reneesIMG_7797img_9477This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
