He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!img_9473IMG_7733img_9561texasroom59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nIMG_7717img_9534IMG_7670img_9476BarneyIMG_7737img_9484img_9449floridaroomcouchimg_9423IMG_7668IMG_7736-1img_9577img_9474www.moonshiners.comIMG_7715IMG_769058746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_n59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7672IMG_7673img_9475img_9499IMG_773061155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_n58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nBarney BarnwellmasonjarcarvingIMG_7686img_9516img_9432IMG_7763l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-161379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_n61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nLodging_RVEntrance_Webimg_9444img_9478We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!
