  • IMG_7717We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Barney61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nIMG_776260363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nimg_9561IMG_7798img_9478BarneyIMG_7778texasbedimg_9448Barney BarnwellIMG_7761IMG_7760IMG_7700theplumhollowbandfloridaroomlampIMG_7804Groundhogimg_9467img_9431img_9441img_9445img_944359069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nimg_9536img_9423img_9461IMG_7750IMG_7738img_9451This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
