We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Barney & George59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7751IMG_7778img_9465South85img_9443img_9417IMG_7756IMG_778859069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_n61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9441One of Barney's Tree SpiritsOwlBarneyIMG_7704IMG_7796img_9452IMG_7670img_9463IMG_7733Barneywww.moonshiners.com63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nIMG_7779IMG_7688IMG_7804img_9450liquorstillcarvingIMG_7667This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Chair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.tennesseeroomChristy & Jared59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_9489IMG_7686img_9418
