  • This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. Barney & George We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl! 59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_n 61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_n 61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_n img_9419 img_9464 img_9516 IMG_7705 IMG_7787
