  • IMG_7787img_9463IMG_7793One of Barney's Tree SpiritsWe used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!59214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nIMG_7751IMG_7804IMG_7779Barney & GeorgeBarneybunkbedsimg_9467img_944362759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_n57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nIMG_7734IMG_7756This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
