We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7714masonjarcarvingIMG_769459318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nimg_9432IMG_7706img_9435IMG_766759086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nBlack Snakebunkbedsimg_9536img_949562759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nimg_9500img_9467IMG_7800IMG_7673One of Barney's Tree Spirits57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nBarneyIMG_7787This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7758Lodging_RVEntrance_Webimg_9452IMG_776163337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nwww.moonshiners.com59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nMike Bader of South85img_9424barrelltennroomimg_9479One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_0326
