  • We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_0325IMG_7715IMG_7800IMG_7761IMG_7674IMG_775859086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nimg_9479img_945661320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9431img_956158511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nIMG_7734-1img_9452Tracy Wyatt of South85One of Barney's Tree SpiritsBlack SnakeOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsBarney59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_n59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nBarneyimg_9534Roger Padgett of EvergreenOwl58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nBarney & George61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nimg_9424IMG_7701img_9508Barney59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nIMG_7801img_9447img_9461IMG_7756img_9436IMG_7736-1GroundhogChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nimg_9448IMG_7722-1IMG_7766img_9423IMG_7794IMG_7767Barney BarnwellOne of Barney's Tree Spirits62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_n61081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nBarney & DebbieIMG_7737IMG_7760IMG_7733img_9475Lodging_CampingBigField_WebBarney Barnwellfloridaroombed61830_102803699781752_100001563669413_19489_1241861_nimg_9491IMG_7732img_9440img_9500img_9536img_9484smallmushroomlampIMG_7795img_9480IMG_7738IMG_7690IMG_7788IMG_7673IMG_7688texasroombeerwww.moonshiners.comimg_9496tennesseeroomimg_9556IMG_779161379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9466img_9418texasroomIMG_7779Barney59214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nimg_032461800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nIMG_7667img_9495IMG_7704IMG_7717Barney BarnwellBarneyimg_9449img_9451IMG_776258638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9465floridaroomcouchIMG_7703This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
