We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!smallmushroomlampIMG_7715BarneyIMG_7672IMG_7774img_9475img_9495IMG_770859868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nband-at-bus-reneesimg_9480IMG_7714Barney & GeorgeIMG_7738Barney & DebbieChristy & JaredIMG_7779IMG_7705img_0325Barney Barnwell61356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nimg_9476IMG_7798img_949958511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_ntexasbedIMG_7801img_9561Tracy Wyatt of South8561655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nIMG_7767img_9432img_9417Barney BarnwellIMG_7734-1The Plum Hollow BandIMG_7736-1floridaroomcouchimg_9481theplumhollowbandimg_9436OwlIMG_7800img_0326liquorstillcarvingimg_0324IMG_7695IMG_7756img_9536IMG_768859214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nimg_9422img_9421IMG_7796Groundhogl_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1Barney Barnwellimg_9456IMG_780458746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_9455IMG_7790img_9500One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7667img_9451img_9484IMG_7791Black Snake61320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.IMG_7761barrelltennroom61686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nIMG_7794Barney63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nIMG_7683IMG_7753IMG_7762img_9445IMG_7730img_9473www.moonshiners.comBarney BarnwellIMG_776059346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nimg_9447img_9489One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9496IMG_775759215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nBarney & GeorgeLodging_PrimitiveCamping_WebThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
