We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7690img_9452IMG_7668IMG_7791IMG_766961081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nOne of Barney's Tree Spirits62759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nIMG_7734-160363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nimg_9476Mushroom Bed with Statue Carvings at HeadboardIMG_7708IMG_779563337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nBarney Barnwell59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nimg_9534img_9443masonjarcarving59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nBarneyimg_9440img_9460img_9450Barney BarnwellIMG_7737texasroomPlumHollow Page 4 Inside61983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nimg_9481IMG_7778img_9449Owl62569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_n61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nimg_9496l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1IMG_7761img_9473img_9419img_9475IMG_7730img_9437IMG_7758img_9508www.moonshiners.comIMG_7700img_9467img_9477img_946162910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving. The Plum Hollow Band59086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_n57890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nRoger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9433IMG_7753Barney BarnwellIMG_7670IMG_7790IMG_7767img_957761356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nimg_9444IMG_7760IMG_7774img_9456IMG_7664img_9499IMG_7796IMG_7733IMG_7756img_9462img_9455IMG_779761155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7720-1IMG_7738bunkbedsIMG_7787img_942261835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_n58746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nBarney BarnwellThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
