He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7766img_9418IMG_7705BarneyIMG_7757BarneyIMG_7701band-at-reneesimg_9478img_9536IMG_7700texasbed61320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nimg_9464img_9424IMG_773361081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nIMG_767358638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nimg_9577IMG_7720-1img_9477IMG_7708img_949160363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nimg_9484img_9452img_9481l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1img_9433IMG_7664IMG_7730IMG_7665Barney BarnwellIMG_771557890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nMammer's Table59941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_nimg_9497Barney & Georgeimg_9441We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer.
