We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Roger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7695img_9449IMG_773361379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nIMG_7722-1theplumhollowbandIMG_7736-1img_953459868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nIMG_7703IMG_7758img_9421img_9456IMG_7732Barney BarnwellBarney Barnwell58638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_nIMG_7779One of Barney's Tree SpiritsBarneyIMG_7688img_9445img_9476img_946061800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nIMG_7730IMG_7700IMG_7701img_946359941_102804116448377_100001563669413_19501_6839145_n61274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nimg_9420l_6b8420341ff64c758b30cde447d9f9b4-1img_950062910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7694img_955663337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nBarneyimg_9423img_9475IMG_7795img_9440IMG_7751OwltexasroombeerIMG_7763img_9478IMG_779661655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nThe Plum Hollow Band61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7709Barney & DebbieLodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9561img_9436IMG_7801IMG_7753img_9437img_9508img_942457890_102803419781780_100001563669413_19477_4323498_nliquorstillcarving59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_n61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_ntennesseeroomimg_957761081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nIMG_7708www.moonshiners.commasonjarcarvingIMG_7778IMG_7804img_9536smallmushroomlampimg_942259318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nband-at-reneesimg_9417IMG_7734-159086_102803623115093_100001563669413_19484_1719563_nThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!Groundhogimg_9491Barney Barnwellimg_9419IMG_7797IMG_7791IMG_7774img_9474IMG_768361686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nimg_0326www.moonshiners.comimg_9431IMG_7704img_948059214_102804283115027_100001563669413_19506_3309156_nIMG_7670
