  • We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Barney BarnwellIMG_7715img_9481Barneyimg_9534img_943758581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nBarney Barnwell61155_102803759781746_100001563669413_19490_144431_nIMG_7787IMG_7686img_9460img_9417IMG_7736-1barrelltennroomimg_9467BarneyIMG_766863337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_n61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_n59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_nIMG_7758img_9433img_9450IMG_7760img_9435IMG_7763Barney & Georgeimg_9489BarneyIMG_7757img_9491IMG_7750IMG_7797IMG_7704PlumHollow Page 4 InsideMike Bader of South8561356_102802963115159_100001563669413_19457_3408817_nIMG_776161655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_n61320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_7673img_9421One of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7804This was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
